• Customer phone numbers — the phone numbers of callers who contact businesses using RingLeader, solely for the purpose of delivering the text-back service
• Message content — the content of SMS conversations between businesses and their customers, used to deliver and display messages within the RingLeader inbox
• Usage data — information about how the service is accessed and used, including call and message activity logs

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To deliver the missed call text-back service — sending automated SMS responses on behalf of businesses when they miss a call
• To enable two-way SMS conversations between businesses and their customers
• To display message history and lead activity within the RingLeader inbox
• To maintain and improve the reliability and performance of the service
• To communicate with account holders about their service, including support and billing

SMS Messaging

RingLeader sends automated SMS messages on behalf of businesses to their customers. Specifically:

• Messages are sent only in response to inbound calls placed by the customer to the business
• By calling a business phone number operated through RingLeader, customers consent to receive a one-time SMS response if their call is missed
• This consent is implicit in the act of calling — customers initiate contact via the business's publicly listed phone number (from sources such as the business website, Google Business Profile, referrals, or other public listings)
• The business sets and controls the content of automated messages
• Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume
• Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan
• Recipients can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Recipients can request help by replying HELP

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with third-party providers to deliver our service, including SMS messaging infrastructure providers. These providers process data strictly to enable service delivery and are contractually required to protect your information. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain message content and account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at haley@birchcreative.us.
